Ivanko Supergripper
The Ivanko Super gripper is a popular
gripper among those who specialize in grip training because of its
adjustability. By moving the springs the trainer can
go from relatively easy closes to nearly impossible. It is
also popular to close the gripper with both hands and then do a
negative repetition with only one hand. While an extra
spring can be purchased, this is only for advanced
trainers.
