this video I am using the 15-pound clubbell for what I call side
swings. This is another lift that I have not read about, but
developed on my own. When the club is out to the side the
palm is facing up and I try to resist the downward movement of the
club. I try not to swing the club so much as lift it to the outstretched
position. This exercise is somewhat dangerous because the
strap on the clubbell cannot be used.
