In
this video I am using the 15-pound clubbell, a great product
from RMAX
Productions. This lift starts with a reverse
Weaver style lift off of the floor and then I swing the club
forward and change grip so that I can lever it over my head.
I learned this lift from watching Slim the Hammer man performing
the same with 17-pound sledgehammers. I'm very happy that I
made this look easy, although it is fairly hard.
