In
this video I am using the 15-pound clubbell for my rendition of a
"Turkish Get Up." Honestly, I have no idea if this
is a known lift with a club, but it seems to require a lot
concentration, and strength when performed with the handle of the
club held basically parallel to the ground throughout the
movement.
